We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, as we were able to drive short distances to reach the ski areas of Alpe Lusia, Latemar, and Sella Ronda. On top of that, the hotel facilities were excellent, including a refreshing swimming pool and relaxing sauna. We were also thrilled to discover that there were great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The location was very convenient for going skiing. Just a short drive away from the ski areas like Alpe Lusia, Latemar or Sella Ronda. It was also great that there were many restaurants nearby within walking distance. the sauna and swimming pool were fantastic features that provided a relaxing way to end the day.
The service was lacking, with only a few staff members trying their best to keep up with everything. It would have been better if there were more members of staff available to help out, as it would have improved overall service performance and customer satisfaction.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place was perfect, with excellent access to the ski areas such as Alpe Lusia, Latemar, and Sella Ronda. After a long day on the slopes, we were delighted to find out that this hotel has a fantastic sauna and swimming pool, where we could relax and unwind. Moreover, we also discovered that this hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of some great restaurants in the area.
Recommended for everyone.

Located in an area with easy access to various ski areas. Sauna and swimming pool are great amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes adds to the convenience. the bathroom was clean and had sufficient supplies. the room had ample storage space for luggage.
The service could be improved with more staff members.

Our recent romantic escape to this hotel was lovely. We enjoyed the newly renovated facilities and especially appreciated the convenience of being within a short drive of several ski areas. The availability of a sauna and swimming pool also added to our relaxing experience. we were thrilled to find several great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
While the staff did their best to provide excellent service, we did notice that there could have been a few more service people to manage the demands of the guests. Despite this, our overall experience was positive and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway.
